Privacy and release rules

How BizHedge groups customer evidence before it reaches Market Demand or a partner.

A modeled gap is a saved case; observed analysis gaps and explicit requests record customer activity, so their counts remain hidden until release.

Customer evidence is released only in complete groups of five. Releases use weekly Monday buckets so a partner cannot infer the timing of one private event from a public count.

Read missing cells carefully

A missing observed or explicit cell can contain zero to four private records, which does not prove that demand is zero. Its dates and dimensions are omitted with the count.

Published customer counts are lower bounds. A visible 10+ means at least 10 records passed the release rule, while any remainder waiting in a private cohort stays hidden.

Dates are buckets. The public value names a cohort release bucket, never the time of any member analysis or request; before release, the record also withholds a small cell's identifier, dimensions and dates.

Fields that stay private

The partner surface excludes raw owner input, notes, names, addresses, identifiers, prompts, model reasoning and credentials. It also excludes fields that could reconnect a grouped record to one analysis.

Safe absence semantics

Absence stays ambiguous.

A missing cell means no group has been published for that exact key, although zero, one, two, three or four private records may exist. Public copy should say that no grouped total has been published and must not claim that demand is absent.

After filtering, an empty partner view means no partner-safe record matches the current public snapshot and filters. Private evidence may still exist below the threshold.

Privacy does not merge evidence

Observed gaps and explicit requests share the cohort rule but remain separate customer counts. A market designer can therefore distinguish repeated no-fit analyses, deliberate market requests and modeled case coverage.
